Enterprise architecture (EA) is a complex undertaking for many organizations because they must choose from many different EA frameworks. While these frameworks can help you with specific approaches and methods, they are not helpful when you are working on the content of the outcomes.
EA patterns can help you with the outcome's content. Patterns create blueprints for different architectures and decrease the resources necessary to achieve a successful and agile EA. You can match your EA and patterns by using styles. Styles employ a simple life metaphor to describe much more complex activities.
This session walks you through design patterns, architecture patterns, EA patterns, and styles. In particular, gain insight about a new style that describes data-centric enterprises. Get proven blueprints, and understand the concepts that will help you build successful business, information, system, and infrastructure architectures.
