Visual Studio Magazine 2002 Readers Choice Awards Announced
Check out the winners in 25 software development categories.
VSLive! SF, Day 2, February 13, 2002 Visual Studio Magazine presented its annual Readers Choice Awards Tuesday during Fawcette Technical Publications' VSLive! 2002 San Francisco conference. These awards, chosen by VSM's readers, honor excellent software in 25 development categories, in addition to a special Editors Choice award given to Microsoft's .NET Compact Framework. Patrick Meader, VSM editor in chief, distributed the awards at a ceremony at the Sheraton Palace Hotel. Said Meader, "The biggest honor in these awards is simply that these are the products our readers say are the best. What better way to tell vendors what they're doing well?" Here we list the category, the company, and the winning product.
