Figure 2. Accessing Previous Versions Users can now restore their own files from shadow copies. All they need to do is access the properties of the file or folder they want to restore and click on the Previous Versions tab. This tab lists all available shadow copies. Users need only to locate the version they need and restore it directly or view it to determine if it's the right one. You must deploy the Previous Versions client to workstations and mobile systems before you can make this functionality available to users.
