Figure 2. Document Groups Within the Directory Use the notes filed on the General tab of the group's properties to add additional information about the group. Make sure every group operator is aware of this strategy and that they verify whether an existing group can provide required access before they create a new group. This will help you minimize the number of groups in your directory.
